qr4eva

Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026

This policy explains what qr4eva collects, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to the qr4eva website and to codes created at qr4eva.com, and it is part of our Terms of Service. qr4eva is operated by FieldSpark Tech Solutions LLC, 1600 NW 34th Terrace, Lauderhill, FL 33311, USA.

In one breath: we collect the minimum needed to run a redirect service and show you scan counts. We don’t use advertising cookies, we don’t build profiles of the people who scan your codes, and we don’t sell or share personal information for advertising. Ever.

If you scan a qr4eva code

When a code is scanned we record the time, the IP address, the browser’s user-agent string (which tells us the device type), and the referring page if the browser sends one. We use this to redirect you, to detect abuse, and to show the code’s owner totals by day and device type. Code owners do not see IP addresses or any information that identifies you. We do not place cookies on the scanner’s device, and we do not combine scan data with any other source to identify people.

IP addresses from scans are deleted after 90 days. Aggregate counts are kept for the life of the code. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of the destination page the code sends you to.

On our website

We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We count visits to our own pages with a cookieless, first-party measurement tool that doesn’t store IP addresses. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from attacks. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal because we have nothing to opt you out of: we don’t sell or share data for targeted advertising. If we ever add advertising to paused-code pages that uses cookies, we will update this policy before it goes live.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we never sell scan data.

Your choices and rights

Security

Manage links are random and stored only as hashes. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Card data never touches our systems. We limit what we collect and how long we keep it, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you without unreasonable delay and within the time Florida law requires (currently 30 days after we determine a breach), by email.

Children

qr4eva is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created a code, email us and we will delete it.

Where data is stored

We operate from and store data in the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information is processed in the U.S.

Changes

We will update the effective date when this policy changes and email code owners about material changes before they take effect.
