These terms apply to qr4eva (“we,” “us”) and the dynamic QR codes you create at qr4eva.com. By creating a code you agree to them.
Each code encodes a short qr4eva link. When someone scans it, we send them to the destination you choose. You can change the destination at any time without reprinting the code.
We don’t use passwords. When you create a code, we email you a private manage link. Opening it activates your code. Anyone who has that link can manage the code, so keep it private. You can ask us to email fresh links to your address at any time; doing so replaces the old ones.
A monthly plan is not currently offered. If we offer one, its price and renewal terms will be shown to you, and you will have to agree to them, before you are charged.
Payments are processed by Square on its secure checkout page. We never receive or store your full card number. Because the $19 payment is a one-time purchase, there is nothing to cancel. If something went wrong with your payment or your code isn’t working as described, contact us and we’ll make it right.
You may not use qr4eva to send people to phishing pages, malware, scams, illegal content, or anything designed to deceive the person scanning. We may disable any code that breaks these rules, without refund, and show scanners a safety notice instead. To report a code, email [email protected].
We count scans of your code (time, device type and similar details) so you can see how it performs. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is collected and how long it is kept.
We work to keep qr4eva fast and reliable, but the service is provided “as is,” and we can’t guarantee it will never be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected code.
We may update these terms. If a change affects what you’ve paid for, we’ll email you before it takes effect. The effective date above shows the latest version.
